Ann values hard work and a commitment to her client's happiness. Her
integrity is unsurpassed considering the formal background experience she
has in the healthcare industry. She has learned to couple her personal
closeness with the care and concern she uses daily in the healthcare setting
and join it with the Cedar One team.

She is married with 2 sons, a daughter, and 2 fur babies. "I always try to
imagine the client, as me offering advice to one of my children", she says.
Open and honest with a deep feeling of pride, she considers it a great honor
to work with her clients and accomplish their goals in the home-buying
process.

Ann obtained a Diagnostic Sonography Degree from the Western School of
Health and Business in Pittsburgh PA in 2000. She then advanced her
learning with a bachelor’s in health administration degree from St Francis,
Joliet, IL in 2006. Throughout this work history, she has helped manage and
purchase many rental properties for a family-owned business which piqued her
interest and knowledge in the real estate process. Finally securing an Ohio
Real Estate License in 2024 after attending Hondros College of Real Estate.
She has lived in Southeastern Ohio now for more than 20 years.
