Hello, my name is Grant Bake. If you are looking to buy or sell Real Estate in Ohio, I am the Broker for you. I work for Cedar One Realty in Carrollton, Ohio, and the surrounding areas. I graduated from Carrollton High School in 2014, and I am a 2018 University of Mount Union graduate with a degree in Business Management. In 2017, I earned the Multi-Million Dollar Producer title and have maintained it every year since. In 2018, I was awarded my first President's Sales Club award of Achievement and have also earned one every year since! I graduated from the Ohio Realtor Leadership Academy in 2019. This program offers many seminars and leadership activities for better education and to hone my real estate skills. 
 
Recently, I was featured in the Real Producers of Akron Canton Magazine as the “Realtor to watch” in the September 22 issue. I feel that my experience and work ethic make me the perfect agent for any type of buyer and seller in the real estate industry. From first-time home buyers to experienced investors, I am the agent for you.
 
As for sellers, I am commercially licensed and insured to fly a drone! I take my listings very seriously and will produce the best possible presentation of your home. I am also experienced in the rental property industry, commercial properties, home remodels, and the construction industry.
