Tosha is an accomplished and energetic customer service-based professional. She graduated from Southern Local in 2008. She pursued a degree in business at Bethany College and Horry Georgetown Tech. Tosha most recently earned her Real Estate License from Eastern Gateway Community College in 2022. 
 
Tosha comes to Cedar One family with prior experience in Real Estate. She was an active member of the National Association of Realtors in The Central Oregon Region from 2018-2020. Tosha had her PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), designation during this time.
 
       Before getting her Real Estate license, Tosha had worked in the hospitality industry for 10+ years. She worked for the Worlds #1 Vacation Ownership Company, Wyndham Destinations, in both Oregon and South Carolina. She excelled on the marketing team and rose to #2 Marketer in East Coast Region in March - April 2016.  It was in this position that Tosha realized her love of helping people & making new connections.
 
        Tosha believes in treating others as you would like to be treated, in personal and professional relationships. She is happy to call the Ohio Valley home again & spends most of her time with family. Her hobbies include golf, snorkeling, hiking, and camping. She can be described as laid-back, outgoing, & resourceful.
