Staci Stephen has been an active member of her community since 2001, when she moved back to the Ohio Valley from Columbus, Ohio. She is excited to be turning that community focus toward the United Way of the Upper Ohio Valley and real estate. 

With a passion for service in the Ohio Valley, Staci carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does. Staci has served in the nonprofit world for the past 17 years where she started her nonprofit career at the Augusta Levy Learning Center in 2006. She remained at the Levy Center until 2022 when she accepted the Director of Development position at Youth Services System, Inc. Staci has always had a passion for helping others and enjoys volunteering as much as possible for other nonprofits in the Ohio Valley. 

She is a graduate of Marietta College where she earned a bachelor’s degree in allied health and a graduate of Hondros College of Real Estate. Staci was the race director of COLOR ME AU-SOME 5K, one of Augusta Levy’s biggest fundraisers. She was named to the State Journal’s Generation Next: Top 40 under 40 in West Virginia in 2015. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of Wheeling and OV Connect, is a member of the Rotary of St. Clairsville, and is a graduate of the 2017 Leadership Wheeling class. Staci currently serves as Secretary for the Board of Directors for WVU Medicine Wheeling Hospital, is chair of the Quality Committee at WVU Medicine Wheeling Hospital and sits on the Board of the Regional Economic Development Partnership (RED). She is currently a realtor for Cedar One Realty and resides in St. Clairsville with her partner, Gary, and their two fur babies.
