Marlana Martinez is a newly licensed real estate agent with Cedar One Realty who is ready and eager to serve her hometown area with their real estate needs and goals! After 5 years in the mortgage industry in Michigan, where she called home the past 12 years, she decided to buy a house in Toronto to move back home to the Ohio Valley in order to be closer to family. 

She is a 2006 graduate of Edison and the JVS, a 2009 college graduate from Pittsburgh Technical Institute, and she received her real estate license through Davis College in December 2022. Becoming a real estate agent has been one of her long time goals and she is beyond excited to start this next chapter in her life helping people find their perfect homes and finding qualified buyers for their homes!
