Katherine Kanarr brings dedication, diligence, and a whole lot of personality to every real estate transaction. Having grown up in Carrollton, Ohio, Katherine is proud to have come back to her hometown roots and now serves the communities she knows and loves.

Before settling back in the area, Katherine moved more than 20 times across four different states, giving her firsthand insight into every stage of the relocation process. From packing and organizing to starting fresh in a new place, she’s dubbed herself “the Packing Queen.” This experience allows her to truly understand the emotions, logistics, and challenges that come with buying or selling a home.

A graduate of Carrollton High School and Buckeye Career Center in New Philadelphia, Katherine went on to earn her real estate license through Hondros College. She approaches every transaction with thoroughness paired with a people-first mindset —while ensuring the experience remains enjoyable. Katherine believes that while business should always be handled professionally, life—and real estate—should also be fun.

Family plays an important role in Katherine’s life. She is married to her husband Mark—jokingly “imported” from Texas—and is a proud mom to her daughter, Macy, who is currently attending school in Paris, France. This global family dynamic has helped shape Katherine’s appreciation for new chapters, fresh starts, and the excitement that comes with finding the right place to call home. Katherine has a deep appreciation for what “home” truly means, and wants to help you find exactly what feels like home to you.
