Charlene Evans brings a unique combination of compassion, dedication, and a strong work ethic to her career in real estate. A resident of Steubenville, Ohio, Charlene obtained her West Virginia real estate license in 2026 after completing her education through The CE Shop.
 

In addition to real estate, Charlene has proudly worked in healthcare as a Respiratory Therapist since 2020 after studying at Eastern Gateway Community College. Whether she’s caring for patients or helping clients navigate their real estate journey, Charlene understands the importance of listening, communicating, and being there when people need her most.
 

Charlene is married to her husband, Levi, and together they have three sons, Layton, Wesley, and Bryce. Family is at the heart of everything she does and is one of the reasons she understands just how meaningful finding the right place to call home can be.
